A daymark is a fixed marker used to establish position. We chose the name for what boards most often need: an independent, senior view of where the company stands, and a clear course from there.

Daymark Governance & Legal is a business name of Sky Law Group Pty Ltd, an incorporated legal practice. Legal services are provided through that practice and subject to its professional obligations.

02 — Founder
Nick Vesic
Founder · Lawyer and Company Secretary

Experience where governance and business meet.

Nick has spent more than two decades across corporate law, listed-company governance, transactions and senior in-house legal roles. He is currently Company Secretary of ASX-listed Nuix Limited, a global investigative analytics and software company.

His experience joins the governance of listed boards with the commercial and transactional work of technology, infrastructure and SaaS businesses. Daymark is built on that combination: governance that is practical for the business it applies to.
